RuleWatcher Terms and Conditions Ver.2.7
Important Notice:
This Terms and Conditions is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes only. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.
RuleWatcher Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the access and use for personal and non-commercial purposes of the website RuleWatcher (https://www.rulewatcher.com) (hereinafter referred to as "RuleWatcher") provided by OSINTech Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), including its services, features, technologies, software, and any information uploaded, downloaded or displayed, text, links, graphics, photographs, audio, videos, or other materials (collectively, "RuleWatcher Data"). However, if the Company expressly states that other terms and conditions different from these Terms apply, those terms and conditions shall take precedence over these Terms, unless otherwise specified in such conditions. This Agreement is a contract between the users of RuleWatcher (hereinafter referred to as "Users") and OSINTech Inc.
Our mission is to create an environment where the rules of the world can be made by everyone. In order to promote this mission, the Company provides the following services (collectively, the "Services") through RuleWatcher:
RuleWatcher may be used for personal and non-commercial use only. For commercial use, a separate RuleWatcher Commercial Use Agreement based on a commercial use license contract with the Company is required. The Company shall not be involved in or liable for any collection of participation fees, refunds, or other financial troubles arising from study sessions, seminars, events, etc. held by Users on this Service.
The Services offer different usage types according to the service content available to Users: RuleWatcher Basic (free) and RuleWatcher Plus, RuleWatcher biz, RuleWatcher edu (all paid). Users may also optionally use the Study Group Lounge (SGL) (free). Users shall select one usage type for their account. For details, please check the Company's website. Users may apply to change their usage type on the Company's website. When the Company accepts this application, the new usage type will be applied to the User. Users agree in advance that information that could be edited or viewed under the previous usage type may no longer be edited or viewed after the change. The Company may change the content of each usage type. The Company will notify Users of the content of the change and the measures to be taken in connection with the change by posting on the Company's website or by any other method the Company deems appropriate, at least a reasonable period of time prior to the change.
Users shall pay the consideration for the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as "Usage Fees") to the Company in accordance with the amount and method separately determined by the Company based on the usage type selected in the preceding article. For details of the usage fees, please check the Company's website.
The Company may revise the Usage Fees if the Company deems it necessary. However, in the case of an increase in usage fees, the Company will notify Users of the change in fees, the revised fees, and the timing of the application of the revised fees by posting on this website or by any other method the Company deems appropriate, at least a reasonable period of time prior to the change. In addition, the Company may, at its discretion, establish a transition period during which the old fees may be applied to existing Users.
If Users fail to pay the usage fees in a timely manner, they shall pay a late fee to the Company at the rate of 14.6% per annum.
