Terms and Conditions

RuleWatcher Terms and Conditions - ver 2.3

This Terms and Conditions is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.

Article 1: Purpose and Scope of Application of these Terms

RuleWatcher Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are provided by OSINTech Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on the website RuleWatcher (https://www.rulewatcher.com) (hereinafter referred to as the "RuleWatcher") and its features, technologies, software, and any information uploaded, downloaded or displayed, text, links, graphics, photographs, audio, videos, or other materials (collectively, "RuleWatcher Data") and applies to personal and non-commercial purposes. However, if the Company expressly states that other terms and conditions different from these Terms and Conditions apply, those terms and conditions shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified. This Agreement is a contract between the users of RuleWatcher (hereinafter referred to as "RuleWatchers") and OSINTech Inc.

Article 2: Services Provided

Our mission is to create an environment where the rules of the world can be made by everyone. In order to promote this mission, the Company provides the following services (collectively, the "Services") through RuleWatcher.

1. Regulations and ordinances, such as laws and bills, as well as related public information are collected, organized, and available in a unified language.
2. It is easier to find people, businesses, and organizations that provide information in your area of interest and to build relationships with them.
3. It is easier to find supporters for activities to solve social issues.

Article 3: Commercial Use

RuleWatcher can be used for personal and non-commercial use only. For commercial use, a separate RuleWatcher Commercial Use Agreement with us is required.

Article 4: Types of Use

RuleWatcher Community (free) and RuleWatcher Pro (paid) are available to RuleWatchers. RuleWatchers can choose one for their account. RuleWatchers can request to change the usage type on our website. When the Company accept this request, the new usage type will be applied to the RuleWatchers concerned. RuleWatchers shall agree in advance that information that could be edited or viewed before the change in usage type may no longer be edited or viewed after the change in usage type. The Company reserves the right to change the content of each usage type. The Company will notify RuleWatchers of the content of the change and the measures to be taken in accordance with the change by posting on the Company's website or by any other method the Company deems appropriate, at least a reasonable period of time prior to the change.

Article 5: Usage Fees

RuleWatchers shall pay the consideration for the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as "Usage Fee") to the Company in accordance with the amount and method separately determined by the Company based on the type of use selected in the preceding article. The details of the usage fee can be found on the Company website.

The Company may revise the Usage Fees if the Company deems it necessary. However, in the case of an increase in the usage fee, the Company will notify RuleWatchers of the change in the fee, the revised fee, and the timing of the application of the revised fee by posting the revised fee on this website or by any other method we deem appropriate, at least a reasonable period of time prior to the change. In addition, the Company may, at its discretion, establish a transition period during which the old fees may be applied to existing RuleWatchers.
